INTEXMA DELUX 7.5 METER FLAGPOLES

• A 7,5 meter aluminium flagpole supported by a swivel base consisting of 2 base tubes of 76mm diameter 1,3 meter high with welded backing plates. The bottom 500mm of these two tubes will be encased in the ground with concrete.
  
• The flagstaff consisting of a 76mm diameter tube 5 meters in height with tapped joint to 50mm diameter to 7,5 meters. It will be bolted between the two base tubes protruding out of the ground. Supplied with top cap, stainless steel saddle & pulley nylon yacht cleat & halyard (rope).
  
• Flagstaffs are of a structural grade 6061 alloy.

INTEXMA 6 METER FLAGPOLES

• A 6 meter aluminium flagpole supported by a swivel base consisting of 2 base tubes of 76mm diameter 1,1 meter high with welded backing plates. The bottom 500mm of these two tubes will be encased in the ground with concrete.
• The flagstaff consisting of a 64mm diameter tube 6 meters in height will be bolted between the two base tubes protruding out of the ground. Supplied with top cap, stainless steel saddle & pulley, nylon yatch cleat and halyard (rope).
• Flagstaff are of a structural grade 6061 alloy.

• A 9 meter aluminium flagpole supported by a swivel base consisting of 2 base
  tubes of 76mm diameter 1.0 meter high welded to a base plate 400 x 350mm with gussets.
• The base plate is bolted down with M16 stainless steel ancor bolts that are incased in concrete.
• Bolted top and bottom with M12 stainless steel bolts and situated between the two base
  tubes is the flagstaff. This consists of first tube 76mm diameter of 6 meters, second
  tube of 50mm diameter to 9 meters and dome top cap with stainless steel saddle and pully.
• The joint between the two tubes is a tappered casting reducer and internal sleeve.
• Flagstaffs are of a structural grade 6061 alloy.

• A 12 meter aluminium flagpole supported by a swivel base consisting of 2 base
  tubes of 101mm diameter 1.2 meter high welded to a base plate 450 x 450mm with gussets.
• The base plate is bolted down with M20 stainless steel ancor bolts that are incased
  in concrete.
• Bolted top and bottom with M16 stainless steel bolts and situated between the two base tubes is the flagstaff.
• This consists of first tube 101mm diameter of 6 meters, second tube of 76mm diameter to 10 meters, third tube of 50mm diameter to 12 meters and dome top cap with stainless steel saddle and pully.
• These sections are joined together using tappered casting reducers and strengthened with internal sleeves.
• There are compression sleeves welded in place at holes drilled for bolting assembly.

• A 8,85 meter aluminium flagpole supported by a swivel base consisting of 2 base channels of 130 x 60mm 1,0 meter high welded to a base plate 450 x 450 with gussets.
• The base plate is bolted down with M20 stainless steel ancor bolts that are encased in concrete.
• Bolted top and bottom with M16 stainless steel bolts and situated between the two base channels is the flagstaff consisting of first tube 76mm diameter of 5,8 meters and second tube of 50mm diameter to 8,85 meters, top dish casting to have double pully system.
• The joint between the two tubes is a tappered casting reducer and internal sleeve. Flagstaffs are of a structural grade 60'61 alloy.
• Usual clients are government departments such as schools, police stations, municipalities and some corporate companies.
